Laura Freeman —Board Member
Laura Freeman is active in volunteer and charitable activities while
pursuing personal interest and caring for her family. Until early 2006, she
was Director of Contract Implementation at Innovative Managed Care
Systems (IMaCS), a subsidiary of Accuro Health Solutions, Inc (now
MedAssets, Inc). In this position, Laura oversaw a staff of 38 employees
with nine direct reports for the implementation of contract loading for all
MaCS Performance, MaCS Professional and Claimshop clients. This
included the Inventory, Analysis & Loading, Audit, Production Support &
Modeling/Negotiation activity. Prior to this role, Laura was the Director of
Client Services. She joined IMaCS in August 1997.
Laura received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of North Texas in August, 1997. Laura and her husband Kevin reside in Texas and have three children.
