Rick Flowers —Board Member
Richmond Flowers is a partner with the law firm of Adams and Reese, LLP (previously Ruden, McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell, PA) in St. Petersburg, FL. In addition to his Partner-in-Charge responsibilities for the St. Petersburg office, he specializes in Commercial Real Estate law (both transactional and litigation). Prior to rejoining Ruden McClosky in 2007, Richmond was recruited and spent a year (2005-2006) as in-house Counsel for Benderson Development Company, LLC, a highly successful private company involved in large real estate projects across the U.S. Before initially joining Ruden McClosky in 2004, Richmond was an Associate Attorney with the law firms of Piper Rudnick, LLP (2000-2004), Annis, Mitchell, Cockey, Edwards & Roehn, PA (1998-2000) and Tew, Zinober, Barnes, Zimmet & Unice (1997-1998) with practice areas in commercial real estate and litigation.

Richmond received a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Business Administration (Finance and Economics) from the University of Florida in 1993. He received his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Stetson University College of Law in December 1996. Richmond has two children and resides with his wife Renee in Florida.
